Media Executive Has Quick Success on The Liberation Diet

Dear Kevin:

What the?! It “had” to be something more than just eating only two meals in the day, resisting the urge to eat near bedtime but rather drinking 12 oz of Mangosteen water…yet the scale this morning showed 239.5 instead of the 245 it showed after my shower the preceding day.

Understanding God’s science and how it works in “our temple” is VERY HELPFUL in making the changes needed for a slim healthful life style. Understanding who the real fight is against is very helpful to me too. It’s no commercial but it is one more person joining the ranks.

Let’s see if today is the first day I flip for life.

Off to church now but will set up the system of notes and calendar through my yahoo when I return later today.

Hypoglycemics and diabetics can juice fast using slices of bananas and avocados to balance the blood sugar level.  Spirulina is also exceedingly beneficial for balancing blood sugar levels.The trick to balancing blood sugar levels is drink smaller amounts of juice timed 20 to 30 minutes apart. Fruit juices are better due to the fact that they have fructose a much slower release sugar than the glucose in carrots. But if you drink the juice slowly, your blood sugar levels can be maintained.

Cancer Survivor Loses Weight After Chemo and Steroids

Dear Kevin,

As you know, I had cancer in 1999.

I had chemo and a stem cell transplant and 1 year of steroids, my weight kept going up and up.  In 2000 I was cancer free.

Then I wanted to lose the weight, I tried every diet out there to lose the weight.  I would lose a pound here or there but it always came back. One day I was searching the internet I came to your web site, http://visionarytrainers.com it made sense to me but I never thought my husband would go for this. I finally talked him into just listening to what you had to say.

That was the best day of my life. You not only changed my life but my husband’s as well. We eat better and exercise something I had given up on, I have lost 43 pounds and Gary has lost 38 pounds. Gary has reached his goal but I know now I will reach my goal. And this time we both have made a life changing decision together.

I am so thankful to you and all you have done for us. 

This is now a way of life for us.

DC Lecture Liberates Family From Bondage of Health Misinformation

The subtitle of my book is Freeing America from the Bondage of Health Misinformation. I love it when the light bulb goes on in someone’s brain and they see the light of truth.

Here is a recent email I got after a trip to Washington, DC, where I spoke to a Whole Foods meet up group:

Message for Mr. Brown

Just wanted to say thank you so much- for being there and communicating truth to my wife and I, as well as the other interested people tonight.

I would also like to point out that your briefing was AWESOME and I wouldn’t change a thing.

I loved exactly how you laid it out there and I learned SO MUCH.  I was not aware of many, many things you enlightened us on and feel much wiser now than before.

I plan to attend your next briefing which I believe is in a couple weeks in Reston and I will probably bring a friend and hopefully, my brother.  I am sure this will help

Improve our lives! Thank you very much!

By the way, I weighed in this morning at 310 pounds.  I do have before pictures from 3 days ago and plan to do your diet.

I just found out recently about the Weston A Price foundation and am awaiting my first “real milk” order in over a year.  The pieces are coming together.  I will probably have your book read and be ready for some supplements by the next meeting.  I will forward you pictures in the future to use in your briefing because I could easily lose 100 pounds…

Liberation Diet and Personal Training, Keys that Unlock the Door to a New Life

Before starting the Liberation Diet, I was feeling very uncomfortable in my own body, I felt tired all the time.  I woke up every morning with stiff muscles and found myself starting to get short of breath when doing some daily activities.  I was frustrated that I couldn’t lose weight on my own.  I knew that I needed to lose weight, but just didn’t have the motivation to stick with changes I wanted to make.  I always knew that the key to losing weight and keeping it off is to make lifestyle changes and not just following a fad diet.  I also had to realize that I need help, which was hard for me to admit. I thought I had been following a good diet.  But after hearing Kevin speak about the Liberation Diet, I realized that I wasn’t eating the right foods, therefore not losing weight.

This was a hard concept to accept at first.  I had to give up what I thought was a healthy diet, but at this point I had nothing to lose.  On the Liberation Diet, I am never at a loss of what to eat and never feel like I’m starving.

Working with my personal trainer Alan has given me the motivation I was missing to help me lose the weight.  Exercise has played a key role in helping me with my weight goals.  He has helped me work muscles I never knew I had and teaching me exercises along the way.  He’s given me back the confidence in myself that I knew I had but had been missing for a long time.  Alan encourages me every session to push myself and keeps setting new goals for me. Although I have not reached my weight lose goal yet, I know that I can.  I am now armed with the knowledge, motivation and strength needed to make the lifestyle changes in order to start living a healthy life.

This book is exactly what the world needs to hear! Thank you so much for getting the truth out about real nutrition and diet!
One thing I love about this book is that it is well written and not a typical diet book. The authors tell the history of many of the foods we eat today as well as explain things in a way that anybody can understand. It was an actual page turner and that is saying a lot about a diet book.
My entire family has been on the liberation diet and we are seeing big changes fast. Thank you Annette and Kevin for standing up for our rights to know the truth about food!
