About Me

I am a mother, a wife, and a fitness trainer .. After years of trying to fit my life “inside the box” I am finally outside and loving it ! My mission is to help others out there (especially MOMs) lose weight, get in shape, and stay healthy ! Fitness IS for Every Body !

So .. I’m back to my real food and this time, it’s going to be the right fit at the right time …. and I have read The Liberation Diet, by Kevin Brown, and it really seems like a good place to start ! … here’s the website http://liberationdiet.com
if you want to check it out … nothing terribly startling, to those of you who know Real Food … but he writes well and it’s amusing !Here’s a little sample of what I have eaten this week & my workouts

Monday
* 2 eggs – scrambled in butter; cheese; some almonds (NT prepped);coffee w/ H&H
* 1 cup greek yogurt
* salmon salad – smoked wild salmon, may with canola (no more) and pumpkin seeds; dark chocolate (85%)
* 1 cup greek yogurt & almonds
* chicken/ salad / guacamole
* 2T almond butter & cocoa powder
Workout – weights – upper body / some light bike cardio

Tuesday
* 2 eggs – scrambled in butter; cheese; sliced turkey – coffee w/ H&H
* 1 cup greek yogurt; 2 oz wild salmon
* hamburger (no bun) with grass-fed beef; cheese; salad
* coffee with cream; dark chocolate
* roasted chicken, salad, guacamole
* piece of cheese & red wine – 2 glasses
Workout – legs & abs

Wednesday
* 3 eggs – scrambled in butter; cheese; coffee w/ H&H
planned ….
* beef in broth with chopped onions; cheese; dark choc
* 1 cup greek yogurt
* baked fish; sauteed kale; salad
* raw milk warmer – 1.5 cups
Squats and pushups …

So …. I plan to post the progress – how I feel, whether I lose or gain, or maintain weight … Stay tuned !!
